In case the goods brought into the territory of the Republic of Moldova through international postal shipments exceed the non-taxable limit of 150 EURO, the individual is required to declare the goods. The declaration is made through a customs broker, choosing one of the following forms:
•Customs declaration with reduced data set H6; or • Standard customs declaration H1.

To request the preparation of the declaration, complete the following form:
• First Name and Last Name • IDNP • Email Address • Contact Phone (in the format +(373) XXX-XX-XX) • Description of the goods in the parcel (describe in your own words how you purchased the goods or from whom you are receiving them, what kind of goods they are, and the quantities). • Upload documents (upload the postal document you received from the postal operator AWB — see sample; invoice (if available); proof of payment for the goods; screenshot of the online purchase page where you bought the goods, signed power of attorney – download the power of attorney.
After completing all the required fields, accept the conditions by checking the box and click on the "Submit" button.
