This decision constitutes a legally binding confirmation of the product code and in this sense guarantees the correct classification. These solutions eliminate the risk of misclassifications and simplify customs control, given that they are binding on both customs and the declarant. The tariff solution is valid for three years, ensuring predictability and simplification of the customs clearance process throughout this period.
