The service involves obtaining a Certificate of Classification of Publications in accordance with the Universal Headings Classification (UHC) for import, issued by the NATIONAL LIBRARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA, in order to qualify for VAT exemption for products related to book publishing and periodical publications in the fields of culture, religion, education, science, and academia.
